Spring 2026 Newsletter
This spring has brought a myriad of change and activity for the team! Amidst the lively nature of tax season, The Gettel Group is also celebrating a few exciting advancements across the team.
Scott was promoted to the Director title level at Baird, honoring his many years of expertise in the industry and his steadfast dedication to clients.
On a more bittersweet note, this spring marks Maddie's departure from The Gettel Group, though she's not going far. She is excited to step into a new role supporting a team at the same Lake Oswego Baird branch.
Fortunately, the team is already in great hands with the addition of our new Client Assistant, Megan Elsom. She continues the team trend of being a lifelong Oregonian, and is getting up to speed rapidly as she starts studying for her licensing exams.
As always, Scott and Lindsay look forward to talking with you individually this spring. Give them a call to schedule a check-in soon!
The branch repped their alma maters in honor of Toast of Baird, a firm-wide celebration of Baird associates and their accomplishments. |
Scott and his family soaked up the sun while visiting Abby at the University of Arizona for Dad's Weekend (not pictured - Ainsley, who was studying in the library at the University of Oregon!)
The team welcomed Megan Elsom at the end of March! She is already a wonderful addition to the team. Visit our website to learn more about her background before Baird!
Lindsay and her family traveled east to explore the monuments and visit with friends and family in Washington, DC.
You'll see less of Maddie in the newsletter, but please don't hesitate to say hi when you next visit the office (unless she's away at one of the many weddings she keeps finding herself at!)
