Scott is a former Chair of the Board of Trustees and member of the Investment Committee.
Oregon Jewish Community Foundation
Founded in 1989, OJCF’s mission is to build and promote a culture of giving in Oregon and Southwest Washington that supports a thriving Jewish community now and for generations to come.
Lindsay serves on their Board of Trustees and Investment Committee. She is also a co-chair of the Professional Advisors Group, as well as the Giving Council.
Baird Gives Back
Many of our associates team up during Baird Gives Back, an associate-organized series of volunteering events in communities across the globe. Held annually since 2009, the event unites Baird associates, relatives and friends on three continents.

PDX Book Bank
The Children’s Book Bank at SMART Reading accepts new and gently used book donations from the community, then organizes volunteers to sort, clean, and distribute children’s books.
Lindsay and Maddie coordinated an office-wide book drive before heading to the book bank to clean and restore books with a group of colleagues.
blanchet house
Blanchet House provides clothing, hygiene items, community, and transitional recovery programs to thousands of people every year downtown and at their farm. They serve every person who visits with dignity and without judgment.
The Portland Baird Office has been volunteering with Blanchet House for years, volunteering in their dining room and making care kits/sack lunches.
annual toy drive
Toy & Joy Makers mission for over 100 years has been to promote the spirit of helping children and their families in our community during the holiday season. These efforts bring joy to both givers and receivers during the season and throughout the year.
Since joining the office in 2022, Maddie has been running a toy drive every holiday season.
Portland Business Journal's Forty Under 40
In 2022, Lindsay was a recipient of Portland Business Journal's Forty Under 40 award, recognizing both her career success and contribution to Portland’s community.
