Scott Gettel, CFP®
Director | Financial Advisor
As Director and Financial Advisor at Baird, Scott is committed to delivering thoughtful financial leadership that helps clients achieve their investment and retirement goals. Since beginning his career in 2001, he has guided clients through a variety of market conditions with a steady, strategic approach. His practice—built primarily through referrals—reflects his dedication to building trust and cultivating long-term relationships.
A lifelong Oregonian, Scott values time with his wife, twin daughters, and son. He is a former Chair of the Board of Trustees for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Oregon & Southwest Washington, where he also served as Finance Chair. Over more than 20 years of service, Scott contributed his leadership and financial expertise to advance the organization’s mission and impact.

Lindsay Krivosha
Financial Advisor
Lindsay has over 16 years of experience in Private Wealth Management, having held roles in operations and management prior to beginning her career as a Financial Advisor with the Gettel Investment Group. Lindsay has now been advising clients for over 12 years, helping them build their financial houses and achieve their dreams.
Lindsay cares deeply about both her clients and her community. In 2022, Lindsay was a recipient of the Portland Business Journal’s annual “Forty under 40” award, recognizing both her career success and contribution to Portland’s community. She serves on the Board of Trustees for the Oregon Jewish Community Foundation, as well as serving on their Investment Committee. She is also a co-chair of the Oregon Jewish Community Foundation’s Professional Advisors Group, as well as the OJCF’s Giving Council. She currently serves as the Treasurer for Women for Children, a chapter of the Friends of Doernbecher Children’s Hospital.
Lindsay graduated from the University of Oregon, where she was a member of the Dean’s List. She received the University’s Centurion Award for Service, given by Faculty for Outstanding Leadership and Service among the University Community.
Outside of work, Lindsay is kept very busy with her husband and two young children. They enjoy exploring Portland’s restaurant scene and spending as much time as possible at their family home on the Oregon Coast.

Megan Elsom
Client Assistant
Megan graduated from Boise State University with a degree in Business and Sustainability before returning to Portland. Prior to joining Baird in the Spring of 2026, she worked with the Portland Timbers in a guest experience role and as an outside sales representative at ADP.
Megan is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and looks forward to being part of The Gettel Group while supporting and serving their clients. She is currently working toward her FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 Licenses.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys staying active through running, playing soccer and golfing. She also loves travelling, playing cards with friends, and attending live sports games and concerts.

Eric Wikstrom
Tax Strategist | Vice President
Eric is a Tax Strategist for Baird’s Private Wealth Management Group having joined the firm in 2021.
Prior to joining Baird, Eric operated his own tax planning firm specializing in alternative retirement plan investments. Throughout his career in tax, investment and corporate finance capacities, Eric helped develop and structure sophisticated financial solutions to meet the unique goals of individuals and institutions.
Eric graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and also holds a Masters of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, CA. He also holds CPA, CFP® and CPWA® designations.

Andrea Paradise
Wealth Planner | Senior Vice President
Andrea is a Wealth Planner and Senior Vice President at Baird, having joined the firm in December of 2023. Andrea has been in financial services for over twenty-five years. She has spent the last ten years as a Wealth and Financial Planner, empowering clients and their advisors through education, analysis, and discovery to align their life and financial goals. She particularly loves helping solve those financial and estate planning questions that keep clients up at night. Prior to working at Baird, Andrea worked as a Financial Planning Director at Morgan Stanley and as a Wealth Planner at Wells Fargo Private Bank serving high to ultra-high net worth clients.
Andrea has a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Washington and holds both the Certified Financial Planner® designation and the National Social Security Advisor® designation. She is based in the Pacific Northwest, in Baird’s Seattle, Washington office, and lives in Tacoma with her husband, Jeff. Outside of work, Andrea has three children, loves running and writing, and is a mentor in the University of Washington Tacoma School of Business Milgard Women’s Initiative.
Max Mann
Specialized Asset Management Portfolio Manager
Max has 16 years of investment experience and has been with Baird’s Asset Management group since 2016. He manages portfolios for institutional and high-net-worth clients, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for COA Youth & Family Centers and Secure Futures. Before joining Baird Equity Asset Management, Max spent seven years in Baird’s Institutional Equities and Research department. He graduated in 2008 from Northwestern University with a BA in economics and was a member of the varsity baseball team. In 2012, Max earned the Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Market Technician designations.
Michael Oehler
Wealth Strategist | Senior Vice President
Michael Oehler is a Wealth Strategist supporting clients and advisors in Baird’s Western market. He has over 20 years of experience advising clients on their estate, tax, financial and wealth planning needs. Prior to joining Baird, Michael was a Senior Wealth Planning Strategist and Trust Fiduciary Advisor for 16 years at Wells Fargo Private Bank and five years at US Bank Private Wealth Management. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University, a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Washington School of Law and a Juris Doctor from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law. He is a member of the State
Bar of California and the Utah State Bar, not currently practicing. He is also a member of the Sacramento Estate Planning Council where he served as a Board Member from 2014 through 2020. Working with your Financial Advisor, Michael’s planning expertise will help you develop and implement customized wealth planning solutions based on a thorough understanding of your personal values, asset growth, wealth transfer goals and vision for your legacy.

Erica Kroll
Insured Solutions Consultant | Vice President
Erica Kroll joined Baird in 2003, where she is responsible for supporting Baird Financial Advisors and their clients with their insurance-based planning needs. By working through the Baird Wealth Management process in a consultative manner, Erica is able to incorporate insurance into the overall financial plan to enhance
the client’s goals and objectives. Prior to joining Baird, Erica worked at Banc One Insurance Services
supporting the sales and marketing efforts of their life insurance and annuity solutions. Erica is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) and is Certified in Long Term Care (CLTC®). She also holds the FINRA Series 6 & 63
licenses, along with the Wisconsin life and health licenses. In 2023, she was name one of BizTimes Milwaukee’s Notable Women in Insurance.
