With temperatures dropping and the holiday season on the horizon, the team has been focused on year end planning after a busy summer season.

Every September, the entire firm runs a giving campaign for United Way. Baird celebrated a record-breaking year of participation, with donations benefitting 59 local United Way chapters and countless other nonprofit organizations.

Lindsay and Maddie gathered with the branch over the summer to visit with fellow colleagues and their families at Topgolf.

Scott and his son Drew visited Baird’s home office as part of their trip to Milwaukee and Chicago to watch MLB games for Drew’s 16th birthday.

Despite Lindsay and her family staying busy with camps, pickleball, and neighborhood gatherings, they were still able to make it out to Manzanita and enjoy some classic Oregon coast weather.

Maddie headed up to Mount Saint Helens for a camping trip to enjoy the fall leaves, and came home with some fun news to celebrate!
